High contrast Men

Put simply, these are men whose hair color is a stark contrast to their skin tone; black hair with white skin is a exquisite example. For high contrast men, the key to finding good is to be able to mimic this color contrast in their clothing with the contrast in their facial zone. A dark navy suit with a white shirt and a charcoal suit with an ice blue shirt are two combinations that compliment high contrast men. In general, light colored shirts with dark suits and dark/vibrant ties with light colored suits. Dark shirts with light suits can be accomplished, but pulling this off requires skill. High contrast men are all the time complimented by strong ties that stand out from the shirt.

Low contrast Men

As the name suggests, these are men with a muted appearance. Light hair and light skin is the most tasteless variant, but men with red hair, bald men, and men with wee hair also fall into this category. The strengths of these men are the exact opposite of the high contrast men above. Low contrast men should seek a monochromatic look, as that a strong contrasting outfit will nothing else but overpower their muted tones. Remember the purpose of a frame (your clothing) is to heighten the picture (your face). In general, low contrast men fair well with dark blues and earth tone dress shirts combined with dark suits. When wearing light gray or tan suits, the low contrast gentlemen needs to stay with lighter colored shirts and earth tones; white is allowable here if the suit is light adequate to avoid a stark contrast. Be meticulous in your selection of tie, if the neck-wear stands out too much it can draw attentiveness from your face to your chest and stomach.

Medium contrast Men

If you don't fall into one of the two extremes, you most likely fit into this group. Brown skinned men with dark hair are tasteless members, along with lighter skinned men and with gray and white hair. With such a wide selection of facial tones and hair colors, it's hard to give definite advice in this category. What we will say is that most men do not fit exactly in the middle; instead they lean towards whether low or high contrast. The afore mentioned dark haired men with brown skin; they lean towards the high contrast, and can not only apply that man's color combinations but they can get away with a few subtle monochromatic combinations. The same with the light skinned gentlemen with gray hair. He is more similar to the low contrast individual, and would do well to result the rules set forth for that man. However, he can very successfully pull off a contrasting outfit, especially if his eyes or someone else feature compliment the color compound chosen. To sum it up, medium contrast men can enjoy the best of both worlds, but should be meticulous when venturing too far in one direction.

It should be mentioned that although your natural colors are the dominant factors in determining what color clothing you should wear, they are not the only things you should pay attentiveness to. A dandy also gives attentiveness to the seasons, paying heed to the result the colors nearby him have on the ensemble he has put together. I would advise targeting investors who have bought properties that they are intending to rent out or flip and/or smaller asset administration companies in your area. Here are some ideas for doing this:

1. Put an ad online on Craigslist or Kijiji saying something like, "Attn Investors - We'll clean up and repair your asset for the best prices in ________ (name of city where you live)" or "We Clean Up & Fix Up Bank-Owned Properties" or even "We Clean Up & repair Houses" and then in the main text, divulge your services and experience information.

2 Look for companies or investors that "wholesale properties" - this is a group of investors will purchase a house (usually for cash) for way under shop value and then turn around and sell it to an additional one personel investor that is willing to put the time and money into the asset to fix it up. You can find these companies by Googling terms like, "Wholesale properties + (your city)", "wholesale real estate + (your city)", "real estate investors + (your city)". You may have to sort straight through some unrelated links but this is probably the best way to locate these wholesale investors. Once you do, give them a call and tell them that you're in the asset preservation company and you'd like to offer them your services. You can also tell them that if they refer your services to an investor that buys one of their properties that you'll give them a "finders fee" commission (usually 10% of the value of the contract). The best thing about these investor groups or personel investors is that they will sometimes give you a deposit (25%-50%) to start the project and then pay you the rest as soon as the work is done.

3. experience Realtors and ask them if they know of any personel investors that need asset preservation services. Make sure you result up with a phone call if your first experience is an email, and vice versa.

4. While you have the Realtor on the phone, ask them if they have any current listings that need a move out clean or some minor repairs. Another literally leading thing: when you do a job, invoice immediately and ask them when you can expect to be paid (on your estimation you should put cost terms, such as "Payment due upon receipt" or "Payable within 7 days of invoice receipt"). Don't wait around to get your invoice to them because the longer you wait, the longer it will take for them to pay you.

So, in summary, look for the smaller jobs first to help build up your "before & after" photos as well as your references. Since they commonly pay faster, it's also a good way to build up some savings so you can afford to go after the big companies and then wait the 30+ days to get paid. You have to spend some time working at it, but you'll surely see big payoffs if you put the time and energy into getting the word out. Once you have a solid portfolio and a steady stream of cash, you can start submitting your company data to the larger asset administration firms.
